Gusty and Glory Customsby ~psaply

Howdy ya'll! I finally finished these little gals that have been in limbo for awhile. Gusty and Glory, the white unicorns from Generation 1, have been reimagined as G4s!

Their eyes have been repainted to be as faithful to the G1 style as possible, while still fitting the G4 eye style (and those unicorn eye molds... *shakes fist*). The eyes and symbols have been painted with regular and metallic acrylics, then sealed with Mod Podge. Gusty has been rehaired in Dollyhair's Sea Nymph and Sugarberry, and Glory sports Sour Grapes and Water Nixie. Their colour streaks even occupy that unique and perplexing third row of plugs, just like their G1 counterparts. Their heads still turn!

Holy mother of foxans I am huge Gusty fan!! She is amazing well done!!

Glory is awesome as well

The only thing stopping me from snatching Gusty away is the fact that royal mail are being total tards right now with customs charges and me so I'm sure I'd get nailed again but but but but... :grabby hands, cries:

How do customs charges usually work? She's not very delicate; I could always slip her into a padded mailer and send her with stamps. I think the weight limit on that is like 9.9 ounces or something. It's up to you though!

Over here in the UK, its not more than £15 worth of items-I got stung badly for my birthday presents this year-bag of $39.99 cost me £13.85 in customs charges and my sisters present to me cost me £23.something!! For some reason they're really cracking down on it-I've been ordering stuff from overseas forEEEVER /pinkie and never got this before and now twice in one month! But you know, to have her....all I'm saying is if ya shoot me your paypal address and how much it would cost for her and her shipping to the UK....you might has a money and I might has a gorgeous custom Gusty....(what can I say, she's totally lured me in and I've been haunted by her since seeing her!!)

I think it's also because I see Glory and my brain says "Rarity". XD Gusty has a clearly different color scheme, so it's more surprising.

I LOVE how you painted the eyes! And the hair is GORGEOUS. I've been thinking of doing a re-hair, but I'm super nervous about it.
